There are two types of implants available at our Golden Smile dental clinics. In certain cases, conventional or immediate implants may be followed by immediate loading of crowns and bridges known as immediately loaded dental implants.
TRADITIONAL IMPLANTS
- Traditional dental implants are applicable to almost anyone who is looking to replace one, multiple, all missing teeth with a permanent artificial restoration solution.
- Traditional dental implants are done in 2 stages normally in 2 trips about 2 to 3 months apart. (If sinus lifting operation done then it might take longer)
- Traditional dental implants may be done for most types of bone conditions. If there is moderate or severe jaw bone loss, bone grafting may be added during operation.
IMMEDIATE IMPLANTS
- Immediate dental implants are also known as one day or same day implants.
- This is the case whereby dental implants is placed during the same time after teeth are extracted. Crowns, bridge, dentures may or may not be placed on during same trip depending on whether immediate loaded implants may be done.
- Immediate dental implants are normally recommended only for cases with good jaw bone conditions.

I went to a few clinics here and they were all pushy about treatments. The dentists here are not pushy whatsoever and they really do care about the patients. I come to Istanbul and started with different dental clinic which it was nightmare for me. I wanted zirconium crowns for aesthetic and first clinic i went, cut too much and couldn't finish my crowns. I wasted more then 10 days...only 4 days left and i spent alot of money for wrong dental clinic. Then i reviewed Golden smile and contacted with them and told that i only 4 days left. They immediately called me on sunday and also fix teeth whic was cutten too much. Now its finished. I highly recommend to All, dont go cheap or trap by advirtesement.

I'm from USA. I came to a clinic in Antalya for the appointment for my teeth treatment. However when I got to Antalya that clinic didn't have the parts to do the crown for my existing Zimmer implant, and plus been told it's not possible to replace the old bridge in the time but have to come back after 4 to 6 months later for the crowns... I was disappointed and wasted 4 days for nothing in Antalya. but I Google and found the clinic Golden Smile Dent in Istanbul (this clinic has many high reviews/recommended). I took a chance to call them, they agreed to take me in with knowing I have a short window remaining days in Turkey. So I flew from Antalya to Istanbul, the Golden Smile Dent helped me to book in their corporate hotel; Dr. Ceylon Ergul immediately started the treatment for my teeth. She was able to find the parts for Zimmer implant (which the other clinic in Antalya couldn't), she removed the old broken bridge, started on 3 implants to replace that bridge, and then put in 6 crowns; All was complete within a week.
Dr. Ceylon Ergul is the best Dentist and Golden Smile Dent is the clinic you should come for your teeth treatment. They're are very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this clinic to everyone.
